THE FROG MEDICINE
Kambo
Kambo is an Amazonian medicine rich in naturally occurring peptides, traditionally used for cleansing, clearing, and renewal. Applied through a series of small superficial burns on the skin, the medicine moves quickly through the body, typically bringing an intense but short period of heat, nausea, and purging. Kambo is not intentionally psychoactive, though the physical and emotional release can feel profound or altered. Afterward comes rest, integration, and often a sense of clarity, lightness, and reset.
5-MEO-DMT
Bufo
Bufo is a powerful psychedelic medicine containing naturally occurring 5-MeO-DMT. Inhaled as vapor, it takes effect within seconds, often dissolving ordinary awareness and the familiar sense of self. For many, the experience feels like entering another realm entirely—a space beyond the body, identity, and ordinary perception. Experiences can include profound connection, emotional release, visions, or complete surrender before gradually returning to the body. What follows is rest and integration: making sense of what you encountered and bringing what matters back with you.

- Week one — Steph, ceremony debrief. Ceremonial integration only: what happened, what it asked of you, and the protocols to keep grounding. Recovery and optimization, plus what to bring into the weeks with Jenelle.
- Weeks two and three — Jenelle, real-world integration. The anchor you come in from the storm to. Relationship dynamics, career, roles and responsibilities, sense of self, sovereignty, discernment, synchronicities, presence, self awareness, somatics, self care and ritual.
- Week four — Steph, reading and new compass. A closing reading that sets your direction after two weeks of living it, and accountability for the next steps you're actually taking.

Going beyond yourself means very little if you don't know yourself first. Our work lives in both places: deeply rooted in the body, with room to explore what exists beyond it.
What we don't do: costumes, guru language, promises about what your journey will give you. We prepare you honestly, screen carefully, and stay present. Feedback is given as needed for your benefit only, without alternative agenda. That's the whole offer.
Steph LaPrairie
Steph comes from a Ukrainian family in Alberta, Canada, with shamanic healing, midwifery, and earth medicine woven through both sides of her lineage. Before medicine work, she studied horticulture and spent several years as a mortician—working intimately with nature, death, grief, and the ways people make meaning of their lives.
She began her medicine apprenticeship in 2018 and has worked full time as a medicine woman since 2020. Her work spans medicine, bodywork, spirit work, and ceremony, and she is a grandmother within the Camino Rojo tradition.
Steph is the one you want holding the medicine. She takes safety and preparation seriously, understands the physical and spiritual terrain, and knows how to meet what comes up without losing her footing.
Jenelle Glenn
E-RYT 500 with 13 years of experience in yoga, Hindu philosophy, breathwork, bodywork, and embodied movement. Her work centers on helping people develop a clear relationship with Self.
She specializes in discernment—differentiating the signals of body, mind, emotion, and spirit so you can recognize what is truly yours beneath conditioning and identity. Her work moves from discernment into sovereignty: knowing yourself clearly enough to trust what you find.
Having worked alongside Steph for four years, Jenelle serves as a grounding force throughout the retreat. Part coach, part practitioner, she helps bring profound experiences back down to earth so they can be understood, embodied, and integrated.
